But in between those dreamy coastal breaks I lived in a very old fashioned and strict boarding school where the chapel and it’s iconography were a place of peace. Religion hasn’t played a part in my adult life but it formed a fascination with the spiritual & occult and provided an otherworldly serenity in my childhood, an escape for my imagination into magic and myth.”
